What supplies might you need at home? 🏠🍫

If you're at home, you probably have most of the things you need already. You don’t have to have them all in one place, but you might have to find them in a hurry and/or in the dark.

Don't forget that you and your neighbours can help each other by sharing supplies too!

In an earthquake everyone has different abilities - how should you drop, cover and hold if you use a mobility aid like a cane or walking stick?
Sit. Cover. Hold.
Drop by getting as low as you can or Sit on a chair, bed or similar.
Cover your head and neck with both hands. If you use a cane, keep it near you so you can use it when the shaking stops.
Hold on until the shaking stops.
